NCPA follows the NativityMiguel model of schooling taking a faith based, holistic approach to education. In addition to traditional academics, NCPA addresses the physical, social, emotional, moral, and spiritual needs, and develops growth of the student in all areas.

Academic leadership is one of the areas that NCPA excels in. The NativityMiguel model not only develops a well rounded student, but it also sets each student up to perform at their own top level. Data has shown that NCPA students perform higher engage longer with academics. Further, in 2024, NCPA held their first National Junior Honor Society induction ceremony where they recognized four 8th graders for their hard work and accomplishments in academics, leadership, character, and citizenship.
